Autopiquer is published
Good news regarding the Autopiquer peak detection method: we’re pleased to report that the Autopiquer paper has been published in JASMS. Please get in touch if you want to try it on your data to automate peak detection when you have had to do it by hand before.

Hi Tomas, AutoPiquer is written in NI LabVIEW, so it doen’t have code in the traditional sense. If you email me, I’d be happy to discuss how we can work together on using AutoPiquer in some other environment. I think you mainly code in Java – is that correct?
